Johnny Dean Lasiter, 56, of North Richland Hills, Texas passed away on December 2, 2017 in Ft. Worth, Texas. He was born in Cortez, Colorado on December 14, 1960 to Betty Sue Anderson.

He worked for UT Arlington in facilities management and married Dawn Michele Winegarner on May 3, 2014.

Johnny loved his Cowboys and growing up in Lubbock loved Texas Tech. He was humble and kind. Johnny loved riding his Harley with me as his Queen on the back. He always wanted to help anyone anytime especially at UTA where he worked.  "I GOT THIS!" Christmas was his favorite holiday. Decorating the house and dressing up as Santa for MHMR meant so much to him. He made the best Johnny Coffee! He loved his family with all of his heart, loved wood-working, all of our fur-babies and playing paint-ball with his son Shawn walking the field.

He is survived by his wife, Dawn Lasiter, daughters; Shelbi, Shayna and step-daughter, Jessica Cherie Winegarner, son, Shawn Charles Lasiter, mother, Sue Lastier, sister, Angela, uncle, Ray Lasiter, four grandchildren, 2 nieces, 1 nephew and 1 great-nephew.

He is preceded in death by his father John Reed Lasiter and daughter, Laurin Sue Lasiter.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday December 9, 2017 from 2-4 at 301 Bourland Dr. Keller, TX 76248.
