Johnny (John) N. Piott, 69, of Denton, passed away on August 12, 2025, at his home. Born in Denton, Texas on March 17, 1956, he was the beloved son of George and Verda (Clark) Piott, both of whom preceded him in death.

John was an Electrician by trade. His natural talent for troubleshooting led him to various jobs where he would use his skill to repair newspaper presses, computers, and various machines.

His hobby was woodworking. He built furniture, which included lamps, and he would create one of a kind crafts.

Johnny is survived by his wife, Christine Piott, of Denton, his son, John Christopher Piott and his wife, Cassandra of Ponder, Texas, grandchildren, Hannah, Hailey, and Harper Piott, and his sister, Wendy Whitney of Mineola, Texas.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM, in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas.
