​Jorge Alberto Zamora, 58 of Denton passed away Sunday, October 11, 2020 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Denton.  He was born February 14, 1962 in Muzquiz, Coahuila, Mexico to Porfirio and Maria Salazar Zamora.  He married Elvira Lopez on November 20, 1982 in Muzquiz, Coahuila, Mexico.

He attended Technical school and was a self employed Welder.

Visitation will be Sunday from 3:30 to 5:30 at DeBerry Funeral Directors.  A funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 19, 2020 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denton.

Jorge is survived by his wife Elvira Zamora of Denton, mother, Maria Salazar of Muzquiz, Coahuila, Mexico, 2 sons, Ivan Zamora and wife Nancy Zamora of Denton, Alberto Zamora and wife Yenni Siller of Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico, 4 sisters, Isabel Zamora, Cristina Zamora, Victoria and Mirna Zamora, 5 brothers, Porfirio Zamora, Cesar Zamora, Ruben Zamora, Tomas Zamora, Victor Zamora all of Mexico, 7 grandchildren.
