Joseph Ford Wheat passed away in Dallas, Texas on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. He was born in Germany to Johnny Wheat and Diane Kern. Joe enjoyed doing things with his girls and fishing and boating with family. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Ila and Ford Harmon, Bill and Louise Wheat, cousin, Clint Ventrca, and Jimmy Arterberry.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday January 8, 2022, at 3:00 PM at the Thousand Hills Church in Corinth, TX.

Joe is survived by his parents, Diane Kern and John and Sara Wheat. Daughters: Natalie, Naomi, and Nadia. Fiancé Darnely Hildalgo and her son Diego. Sisters: Cindy (Colen) Wilson, Thea (Kevin) Ricer, and Martha Arterberry. Brother Jonny (Diane) Newell. Nephews: Clayton Newell, Justin McBride, and Charlie Wilson. Along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
