Joshua Matthew Milam, 32, of Sanger passed away on February 25, 2022 at his home. He was born on April 18, 1989 in Carrollton, TX to Pam and Stephen Milam.

Josh loved passionately with every part of his soul. To know him was to know a man that remained unapologetically true to himself. His love was fierce and gentle. He was passionate about his family and let music guide his soul. He was intelligent and funny and kind. Josh had a thirst for knowledge and could confidently discuss any topic with you. He listened intently and fought for what was right without hesitation. Josh was an amazing father, partner, son, and brother. He lived his life full of passion and will forever be remembered as a gentle soul that gave all that he had for those he loved.

He is survived by his son, Ronan Milam, step-son, Jake Tomlin, his partner, Savannah Goin, his mother and father, Pam and Stephen Milam, sisters, Kelly Wigginton, Heather (Chad) Kelly and brother Brad (Amanda) Milam, grandparents, Alton and Leora Byrd, and dozens of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 9AM until 10:00 AM in The Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral Services will begin at 10:00 AM in the Chapel following the visitation. Interment will be held at Sanger Cemetery in Sanger, Texas.
