Joyce Faye Parks passed away in Grand Prairie on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. She was born in Pikeville, Kentucky to Johnnie Kendrick and Kelsie Jane Thacker. Joyce enjoyed taking walks and visting with family and friends.

Visitation will be held at DeBerry Funeral Home on Saturday, December 11, 2021 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. A graveside service will be held Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at Swisher Cemetery in Lake Dallas.

Joyce is survived by her daughters, Judy Gail Prado of Grand Prairie, Etta May Aldaco of Joshua & Yvonne Parks of Irving; her son, Roy Dale Parks of Dallas; her sister, Sara Moore of Pikeville, KY; her brothers, Charles Kendrick of Carrollton & Robert Kendrick of Irving; 6 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews & a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother & father. Her husband Eckle Parks, 1 sister & 5 brothers.
