Karen Leann Foster, 50, of Ponder, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2013.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors, Larry Reynolds and Mitch Beckman officiating. Burial: will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation: 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at DeBerry Funeral Directors.
She was born on April 6, 1962, in Montrose, Colo., to Irven L. Barber and Betty June Bennett Barber. She married Andrew Clifton Foster Jr. in Roanoke on Nov. 18, 1983. She was very active in the community and was a member of the Denton/Wise County Board of Realtors.
She was preceded in death by her father, Irven Barber; sister, Dana Kay Barber; and brother, Wayne Barber.
Survivors: Karen is survived by her husband, Andrew; daughters, Shawna Randall and Michelle McMillan; sons, Shane Randall and wife, Misty, Kenneth Foster and Nick Foster; brothers, Robbin Barber and wife, Cindy, Tommy Barber, and Gayland Barber; mother, Betty Barber; 10 grandchildren; and countless other relatives and friends whose lives were touched by her.
