Kathy Waymire, 74, of Justin, Texas passed away August 23,2024, in Justin, Texas. Kathy was a retired mortgage banker and organic rancher. She loved her family fiercely, compassionately served her church and community, and enjoyed quilting with her friends. She will be missed dearly by all. Born July 24,1950, in Festus, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Zelma (Smith) Bange.

She is survived by her son: Wes Waymire of Justin, Texas; daughter-in-law: Erin Waymire of Justin, Texas; five grandchildren: Ashley Goforth, Kyle Goforth, Will Waymire, Brooke Waymire, and Harrison Waymire; three sisters: Aggie Knoblock of Las Vegas, Nevada; Judie Mangan of Festus, Missouri; and Linda Stoverock of Sunbury, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband Gary Waymire, daughter Shelly Waymire, parents Walter and Zelma Bange, and brother Joseph Bange

Memorial services will be held at 10:30am Saturday, September 14, 2024, at the First Baptist Church in Roanoke, Texas, officiated by Pastor Dr. Bruce Barber. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Roanoke, 209 N. Pine St., Roanoke, TX 76262.
