Deloris "Kay" Fowler, 73, of Sanger TX, passed away on November 28, 2020.

Deloris was born in Banty Oklahoma, on October 30, 1947 to Millard and Francis Messick.  Kay is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Filmore and Bobby Keith Messick, and her sister Kathy Messick Jowers.

Deloris is survived by her two sons, Robert and wife Gerri-Gayle Fowler; Gordon and wife Dorothy Fowler; all of Sanger Texas; sister Elaine and husband Doug Herzog of Denton Texas; niece Charity and husband Johnny Watkins of Caddo Oklahoma; nephews Bill Jowers of San Angelo Texas, Jason and wife Jen Fernberg of Plano Texas, Joshua and wife Alli Fernberg of Wichita Falls Texas; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, and numerous great nieces, nephews, and friends.
