IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kennedy Leigh
Caldwell
October 2, 2000 – June 17, 2021
Kennedy Leigh Caldwell, 20, of Denton, TX, passed away on June 17, 2021 in Duncan, OK, as a result of a fatal automobile accident. Born in Lewisville, TX on October 2, 2000 to Theodore Lee Caldwell and LaDonna Joy Bellah, Kennedy was a 2020 graduate of Ryan High School in Denton, TX, during which time she achieved the rank of Cadet Major after serving four years in the junior ROTC.
Kennedy is survived by her father Tedd Caldwell and sister Ambrey Vasquez, both of Denton, TX; her mother Joy Bellah of Galveston, TX; her grandmothers Carol Bellah of Hillsboro, TX and Edna Caldwell of Wilmington, NC; her aunts Patti Caldwell, of Wilmington, NC and Lynn Caldwell of Scott's Mill, OR; as well as those she considered her family: Caitlin Goss, aunts Angie Nasser and April Nordby, cousins Bryce, Blake, Jake, Maddie, Kasey, and Kevin, Ashlee and Jimmy Lee Bellah . Her grandfathers, A. Lee Caldwell, Jr. and Donald Bellah, and uncle, Scott Mumby, predeceased her.
Kennedy will be forever remembered as a loving, giving, funny, and fiercely loyal young woman. She was a serious photographer and planned to study photography and business in college, a goal for which she was saving by working locally. She loved fashion, riding motorcycles with her father, camping and spending time with friends, and her beloved pets, Barbie and Hazel. Her father was very proud of her, her perseverance, and her many accomplishments.
Her family and friends are devastated. Kennedy would have continued to shine in life and will be missed terribly by all who loved her.
