Kenneth Don Newton, 54, of Denton passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015 in Denton. He was born November 3, 1960 in Denton to Edward and Cleo Newton. He married Shari Mason on May 31, 1980 in Denton. He was the owner of Newton Boys Plumbing of Denton.

Visitation will be Friday, April 10, 2015 from 6-8 P.M. Funeral service will be Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. Burial will follow at Plainview Cemetery in Krum.

He is survived by his mother, Cleo Newton and wife, Shari of Denton; daughter, Jennifer Murphey and husband Andrew of Ponder; son, Jimmy Don Newton of Denton; four grandchildren, Colby and Caden Murphey of Ponder, Nathaniel and Kallie Newton of Denton. Sisters, Debra Kay Owens, and husband Ricky, Judy Lynn Newton; brothers, Glen Robert Williams, Poncho Newton and wife Debbie and Jerry "Bubba" Don Newton and wife Tammy. And numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Edward Newton.
