Kenneth Lee Winn, 78, of Little Elm passed away Monday, January 12, 2015 at his residence. He was born April 1, 1936 in Makanda, IL. He married Ramona Watkins on August 11, 1991 in Anna, IL. He served in the U.S. Army, was a member of Elm Ridge United Methodist Church in Aubrey and American Legion Post 182. He had retired from the City of Lewisville from the water treatment plant.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 14, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral service will be Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Elm Ridge United Methodist Church, 14632 Fishtrap Rd., Aubrey, Texas 76227 with Rev.'s Boyd Sawyer and Richard Stark. Burial will follow at Zion Cemetery in Frisco.

He is survived by his wife, Ramona of Little Elm; son, Aaron Burch and wife Toni of Frisco; niece Jackie Koening and husband John and their son, Todd of McKinney; nephews, Scott Baldwin and wife Cindy and their daughter, Madison of Dallas, Jeff Baldwin and wife Bernice of Arlington and their son, Capt. Jerod Baldwin of Fort Hood.
