Kimberly Elaine McKinney, 47, of Denton passed away Monday, December 4, 2017 in Denton. She was born on August 26, 1970 in Ft. Worth, Texas to Jerry McKinney and Sharon Polk. Kimberly is preceded in death by her nephew Jordyn Sanders and her grandparents Forrest McKinney Jr, Leone McKinney, William H. Polk and Mary Magdalene Polk.

Visitation for Kimberly will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 7, 2017 also at DeBerry Funeral Directors with Rev. Buddy Owens officiating.

Kimberly is survived by her mother Sharon Williams and husband Roger of Denton, father Jerry McKinney and wife Nora of Ft. Worth, uncle Glenn Polk and wife Mary of West Palm Beach, Florida, sister Dena Tackett and husband Kent of Saginaw, brother Kevin McKinney and wife Sandy of Ft. Worth and her nieces Sarah and Annabelle McKinney.
