Larry Charles Scoggins, passed away at his home on September 2, 2022 in Valley View, Texas.

At his request, no services will be held.

Larry was born April 28, 1947 in Seminole, Texas to Charles and Katherine Scoggins. He was raised in San Angelo, Texas and attended Central High School.

He worked many years as a cowboy in west Texas.  The last 24 years he and his wife owned an over the road truck and traveled the country.

Larry is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carol Lynn Scoggins; daughter and her husband, Shaumarie and Scott Tanner; 2 grandsons and their spouses, Josh and Mikayla Sims, Ethan and Samantha Sims; and 1 great-grandson, Rowan Wade Sims.

He was preceded in death by his son, Charles Cody Scoggins.
