Obituary
Lavonne James McClish, 74, of Denton, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2013. She was born on February 12, 1938, in the rural Poplar Grove community in Humphreys County, Tennessee, to B.B. James and Mildred Dunagan James. She married Henry W. "Dub" McClish in Hohenwald, Tennessee, on September 10, 1956, and was a member of the Northpoint Church of Christ in Denton, TX.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, from 6-8 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2013, at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors.
Lavonne is survived by her husband, Dub; daughters, Bronwen Ellen Gibson and Paige Colleen Gibson; sons, Hal and Andy McClish; sister, Sherrill Joyce Sadjak; brothers, John Thomas and Monte James; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents.
