Lawrence Hayden Cameron passed away, Saturday July 21, 2012. He was born January 8, 1955 in Detroit, Michigan. Lawrence married Evelyn Land June 29, 1985. He was a member of Willowwood Church of the Nazarene Church.

Lawrence is survived by his wife, Evelyn Cameron of Denton; two sisters Connie McKinney and husband Larry of New Hudson, MI and Patty Ward and husband Hunter of Houston, TX; half brother Kennard Johnston of Canton, MI; mother in-law Ann Land of Gainesville; brothers in-law and spouses Charlie and Patti Land, John and Linda Land; sister in-law and husband Robyn and Sam Nantze and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Willowwood Church of the Nazarene, Denton. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Gainesville, TX. Family will gather at DeBerry Funeral Directors for visitation on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 from 6-8 p.m.
