Lilla Gayle Driskill, 75, of Argyle went home to be with her Lord and Savior on March 11, 2021.  She was born in Tom Bean, Texas to Fred Madison and Lilla Mae Grant Beard. Gayle graduated from Grapevine High School and married Larry Wayne Driskill on May 29, 1964 in Bedford, Texas.  They are members of the Lake Dallas Church of Christ.

The family will be at DeBerry Funeral Directors on Monday, March 15 ^th from 6-8:00 pm for visitation.

Graveside services will be held at Parker Cemetery south of Grapevine on William D. Tate Blvd. on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.

Gayle spent her life devoted to teaching Sunday School Cradle Roll at church, parenting foster children, and being a homemaker, wife, and mother.  She enjoyed pastimes such as; theater in high school, basketball, fishing, and reading.

Gayle is survived by her husband Larry, of Argyle, sons, Larry Dale Driskill and wife Elita of Keller, Mark Aaron Driskill and wife Carrie of Waco, Jason Wayne Driskill and wife Rana of Gainesville, daughters, Ann Nanette Driskill of Euless, Amy Karen Reddick of Ft. Worth, brothers, John Allen Beard of Whitewright and Ronnie Beard of Killeen, sister, Martha Fern Chadwick of Grapevine, grandchildren: Brianna, Alyssa, Emily, Starla, Garrett, Carissa, Carmen, and Connor.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred Madison and Lilla Mae Grant Beard, siblings, Kenneth Beard, Fred Beard, and Gary Beard, and four grandchildren.
