Linda Sue Baker, 66 of Sanger TX went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Presbyterian Hospital in Denton TX.  She was born April 14, 1952 in Justin, TX to Johnny and Lena Kennemer.

She attended Northwest school district and graduated from Denton High School then graduated from Grayson County College as an LVN.  Linda married Roland Earl Baker Jr. on May 4, 1971.  She was a member of the Freedom Life Church of Sanger, TX and was a retired LVN from the Denton County Health Dept.

She is survived by her husband Roland Baker, Jr. of Sanger, daughter, Shannon Galbraith and husband David of Sanger, son, Darrell Baker and wife Samantha of Krum, sister, Lena Faye Robinson and husband Wayne of Forestburg, brother, Joe Kennemer and wife Shirley of Denton, sister, Jackie Kennemer of Alvin, sister, Mary Helen Barnett and husband Charles of Aubrey, sister, Dian Long and husband, Tommy of Aubrey, brother, Bobby Baker of Denton, brother, Tommy Baker and Holly of Justin, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, lots of cousins nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, and 4 brothers.

The family will be at DeBerry Funeral Directors Wednesday morning, May 23, 2018 from 10-11:00 A.M. for visitation. Graveside services will follow immediately after at 11:30 A.M. at the Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton with the Rev. Sam Redfearn officiating.
