Linda Marie Lora passed away Friday, March 27, 2020 in Denton, Texas at the age of 74. She was born in Plant City, Florida on March 9, 1946 to Joseph and Eleanor Slaughter. Linda married Jose Felix Lora on November 17, 1976 in Loreauville, Louisiana. She enjoyed life and made her house into a home for her family. Linda will be missed by many. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Joseph Slaughter, Jr.

Linda is survived in legacy by her husband Jose; her children, Joseph, Michael, and Marie; her grandson, Joseph Matherne, Jr; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and longtime friends.
