Lois Lorene Mohat, longtime resident of Denton, Texas, and longtime member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, died at age 97 on September 13, 2022.

Lois was the daughter of Orion (Johnnie) and Margaret (Maggie) Nail of Stamford, Texas. She was preceded in death by her brother, John R. Nail and her sister, Doris Mooty. She is survived by her daughter, Marion Mohat Clark of Bridgewater, NJ, her son John Michael Mohat of Waxahachie, TX, her grandchildren, Christy Clark Murfitt, Peter Mohat, Laura Mohat Percy, and Tyler Clark, and 8 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held in her memory on November 4, 2022, from 10:30 to 12:30 at DeBerry Funeral Home, 2025 W. University Dr., Denton, TX 76201.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made in her remembrance to United Ostomy Association of America (UOAA).
