Obituary
Louise Bidwell, age 88, lost her battle with lung cancer and passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 5, 2013, at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Denton, Texas.
Louise was born June 3, 1925, in Atoka, Oklahoma. She grew up in Arkansas, raised her children in Michigan and spent the last thirty years in Denton, Texas.
Louise enjoyed gardening when she was younger, playing bridge, playing scrabble and doing crossword puzzles.
Louise is survived by her brother, Charley Twilley; sisters, Betty Jo Click, Peggy Fay Shipley, Doris Gay O'Neal, and Mary Ann Ball; daughter, Carolyn Ann Bidwell; grandchildren, Lauren Letz, Amy Nicole Qualls-Sutterfield, Jennifer Beth Qualls, Kelly Michelle Qualls, Ryan Lewis Campbell and Connor Gregory Campbell; 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Louise is preceded in death by her parents Elza and Edith Twilley; husband John Julian Bidwell; brother Marion Twilley; sisters Jaunita Bullock, Modema Twilley, Martha Reeves, LaRue Craig, Pearlie Laverne Twilley, and Delois Webb; daughters Elizabeth Ann Burton and Patricia Louise Qualls; grandson Jason Wrye.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the American Cancer Society.
