Obituary
Lucille Lonetta Clifton, 87 passed away on January 14, 2016 in Denton Texas. She was born on May 29, 1928 to Chester and Bessie Oden Kincheloe near Ardmore Oklahoma. She was a graduate of Plainview High School at Stillwater Oklahoma.
She married Luther Marshall Clifton on January 19, 1946 in Gainesville Texas. Over the years she served as a Cub Scout leader, and enjoyed oil painting, hand crafts, square dancing, and pottery. She especially enjoyed RV travel with Marshall and their friends.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Marshall Clifton, daughter Karen Finck and her husband Jim of Corinth Texas, son Gary Clifton and his wife Debbie of Mesa Arizona, 2 grand children, 4 great grand children and 4 great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
The family will receive friends at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 from 9:00 AM-10:00 AM. A funeral service will follow in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors with the Rev. Glen Daniels Officiating. Burial will follow in the Veterans section of Rose Hill Cemetery in Ardmore, Oklahoma at approximately 2pm.
