It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Luis Leonardo Zayas Leal, who passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025, at the age of 59. He was born on February 7, 1966. In the Hebrew calendar, he passed away on the 19th of Cheshvan, 5786.
He will be remembered as a reserved and special spouse, father, son, sibling and friend, whose presence brought joy and guidance to all who knew him.
He is survived in death by his beloved family members:  Ishema/Wife (Nancy Stallings Zayas), Children (Isaiah Zayas), StepChildren (Daiqiri Harris, Delbert Harris and Saphron Hatfield), 10 great grandchildren, Mother (Manuela Leal Loera), Father (Jose Luis Zayas Diaz) and siblings (Dora Zayas, Sonia Zayas-Willams, Laura Zayas-Torres, Anna Zayas, Gabriel Zayas & Ruben Zayas).
The Noahide viewing service will be held on Monday, November 17, 2025, from 5pm-7pm at Bill DeBerry Funeral Directors, 2025 West University, Denton, TX 76201, with burial service on Tuesday, November 18th at 2pm at Roselawn Memorial Park, 3801 Roselawn Dr, Denton, TX 76207.
