Margaret Harwell of Denton, TX went home to be with the Lord on April 5, 2015 at the age of 88. Margaret was born on January 7, 1927 in Pilot Point, TX. She was a resident of the Vintage Nursing Home. Margaret was a cosmetologist for over 20 years before retiring.
Ms. Harwell was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Harwell, an infant son, her parents, William McKinnley Housden and Lela Margaret Copeland Housden, three brothers, Franklin, Charles and Billy Housden, three sisters, Hazel, Ruby Faye and Frances Ellen.
She is survived by three brothers, Harold Housden of Aubrey, TX, Lee'O Housden of Jasper, AR and Marvin Housden of Norfork, AR, two sisters Mary Ruth Lillard of Denton, TX and Louise Hampton of Denton, Tx, two step-children Harold Gene Harwell of Gainesville, TX and Elizabeth Turney of Valley View, TX. She is survived by a host of nephews, nieces and greats.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 7, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral service will Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. Burial will follow at Belew Cemetery in Aubrey. Pallbearers for her service will be: Mike Bowling, Myron Whisenhunt,Ronny Housden, Dixon Housden, Robin Housden and Cody Housden
