Margaret Ann Ledbetter Charter of Sanger, Texas passed away on March 21, 2017. Margaret was born in Grapevine, Texas to Gladys Ledbetter and Elden Ledbetter on March 12, 1934.

Margaret was raised in Amarillo, where she met and married Billy Ray Goff in November of 1955. They had two daughters, Sandra J. Williams and husband Jimmy of Slaton, Texas and Tammy Fister and husband Kurt of Sanger, Texas.

She remarried in November of 1974 to James Charter. She had four stepchildren, Brenda Weathers, Debra Clayton, Kathy Grove and Jeff Charter. She is survived by her sister, Jody Bebout and sister in law, Carol Ledbetter. She had eleven grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and eleven great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Gene Ledbetter and husband, James Charter.

Funeral services will be held Saturday March 25, 2017 at 2:30 P.M. at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Burial will follow at Minter's Chapel Cemetery in Grapevine, Texas.
