Margaret Mayhall Vandever went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 in Denton, Texas. She was born on December 9, 1946 in San Antonio, Texas to William Allen and Joy Love (Wheat) Mayhall. Margaret married the love of her life John H. Vandever in 1966.

Margaret is survived by her three daughters, Lesli Yamashita and husband Randy Yamashita of Denton, TX., Debra Buschner and fiance Terry Younkers of Princeton, TX., Lori Porier and husband Randy Porier of Anna, TX., seven grandchildren: Chelsey and Jonathan Yamashita, Riley and Cassidy Buschner, Robert, Shawn, and Kevin Porier.

She is preceded in death by her husband John H. Vandever, mother Joy W. Mayhall, father William Mayhall, brother, William Mayhall, and daughter, Serena Vandever.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 from 9:30 to 10:00 A.M. for visitation. Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M. both in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
