Marie L. Crew, passed away on August 19, 2024, at the age of 105 years and two months. An incredible lady with an incredible life. She always attributed her longevity to hard work, buttermilk and cornbread and  weekly B-12 shots. Gran always loved her jewelry and had the best sense of humor. She was still laughing and smiling to the very end. We'll miss you Gran.

Thank you all so much for the kind words, calls and messages on the passing of my Grandmother.  As one friend said, "even though she was 105, it still feels too soon."❤️ Gran outlived all of her siblings, in-laws, all but 4 of her 50+ nieces and nephews, her son-in-law, her husband and her two sons.  She leaves 1 daughter, 1 daughter-in-law, 3 granddaughters, 1 grandson, 4 grand-in-laws, 4 great-grandchildren, 4 great-grand-in-laws and 7 great-great grandchildren (the most recent born on the 5th of August.)  Gran lived her last 11 years at Good Samaritan Lakeside Village in Denton, Texas where she thrived and made many friends.

Her arrangements are being taken care of by DeBerry Funeral Home in Denton. She will have a graveside service at Glen Abbey Cemetery in Miami, Oklahoma at 2:00 pm on Saturday the 24th. She will be buried along side Grandad, Dad and Uncle.
