On February 13, 2016 one of God's angels was called to Heaven and earned her wings. Marilyn K. Delver Stefl, loving wife, mother and Nana. Marilyn was a friend to all that knew her, she never met a stranger. Marilyn loved bowling and all her bowling friends. Marilyn graced the earth May 7, 1939 in Dallas, TX. she was raised in Lefors, TX.

Marilyn met the love of her life February 14, 1959. Marilyn and Ray were married March 1, 1959 after 2 weeks of dating. During their marriage they had 2 children "Tiger" Ray, married to Celia Stefl, and Tammie K., married to Brad Gillum. Marilyn and Ray were blessed with one granddaughter Lindsay Rae.

Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents George and Grace Delver; siblings, Margaret McPhillips of Pampa, TX, Bob and Butch Delver of Elgin, OK, Billie Heinz of California and Glenna Caughron of California.
Marilyn may be gone but not forgotten, she's our guardian angel, looking out her magnificent door.

Marilyn worked at Victor Equipment for 18 years and Denton Community Hospital.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at DeBerry Funeral Directors from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Marilyn's Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday February 18, 2016 at Singing Oaks Church of Christ at 101 Cardinal Dr., Denton, TX 76209. Interment will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, TX.
