Mark Timothy Allen, 65, of Sanger, Texas, passed away peacefully at his home on June 6, 2025. He was born on May 14, 1960, in Denton, Texas, to Jack and Mary Allen.

Mark was a man whose life was centered around love—love for his family, his faith, and the simple joys of the outdoors. His wife, daughters, and grandchildren were the light of his life, and he treasured every moment spent with them. A lifelong member of Faith Tabernacle, he was devoted to his church, held his pastor in high regard, and lived each day grounded in strong faith.

He found peace and happiness in the outdoors, whether hunting, fishing, or simply spending time with his beloved dogs, Bella and Dash. Known for his playful spirit, he had a gift for making people laugh—he never missed a chance to pull a prank or share a joke, always lifting the spirits of those around him. A talented and resourceful tradesman, he could fix anything and was always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need. His legacy is one of love, laughter, generosity, and unwavering faith.

Mark is survived by his loving wife, Peggy Allen of Sanger; two daughters, Kristen Allen of Sanger and Kandace McCormick and her husband, Josh, of Denton; his sister, Mary Allen Miller of Sanger; and his cherished grandchildren, Oliver McCormick and Aria Allen.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Mary Allen; his sister, Frenda Jo Tipps; and his brother, Charlie Jack Allen.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, beginning at 1:00 PM at Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God Church in Denton, Texas. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM at the church. Interment will take place at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton, Texas.
