Mark Anthony Gonzales, born on May 26, 1994, in Denton, Texas, passed away April 15, 2026. He is survived by his father Anthony Gonzales, his mother Becky Leadford, his sister Andrea Gonzales, and many uncles, aunts and cousins.

As a child, Mark was a fun-loving boy full of adventure and curiosity. Whether taking something apart or building something new out of his treasured finds, life was never a dull moment with him. Mark loved doing anything outdoors from hunting and fishing to riding dirtbikes and horses. He was resourceful and a hard worker who could do anything with his hands. He was loved by many and will be missed dearly by his family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Bill DeBerry Funeral Directors, located at 2025 W. University Drive in Denton, Texas. The family will be available for visitation at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Denton Freedom House.
