Mark William James, 59, of Denton passed away on October 2, 2021, at his home. He was born on August 15, 1962, to Thomas and Marjorie James in Buffalo, New York.
He moved with his family to Medina Ohio in 1975. He graduated from Medina High School in 1980. He played football and learned how to ski during this time. Upon graduation he went to Kent State University for 2 years. He spent his summers working on oil rigs in Bastrop, Texas.
He was hired on at Piedmont Airlines in 1982. He transferred to Dallas Ft. Worth Airport in 1983 and lived in Euless until 1996. He got married August 31, 2005, in Negril, Jamaica and settled in Denton Texas. After completing 37 years with the airlines, he retired.
He is survived by his wife, Margo; his brother, David James of Thornton, Colorado; his mother, Marjorie Clingerman of Parker, Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother and his father, Thomas James.
