Obituary
Martha Ann Storrie, 82, of Denton, passed away early Friday, July 27th, at home with
family by her side. She was born to L. Cecil and Muriel Gill in Mineral Wells, TX, on June
1st, 1930.
Martha was an alumnus of Lamar High School, Houston, TX, and Texas Women's
University. Luckily and because she would date Aggies, she met and married Robert C. Storrie, Jr. of Denton, They were married in Houston, TX , on August 21st, 1951. They had quite the life together, always.
Martha is survived by her husband, Bob; daughter, Dr. Cecile Storrie; sons, John, David, and Rob; ten grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
The family will conduct a private graveside service this coming week. A memorial service to honor Martha, family and all friends is scheduled for August 11th, at First Presbyterian
Church, 1114 W. University, Denton, at 12:00 noon. Pastor Paul Dunklau will officiate both services.
In lieu of flowers, Martha had requested memorials be made to the Denton Christian Preschool, 1114 W. University Dr., Denton.
