Marvin "Sug" Harrison is finally reunited with Helen, his wife of 62 years. He left his earthly burdens and joined her in Heaven November 9th, 2012. Sug served in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard during WWII. He was employed and retired from Moore Business Forms. In his retirement years he devoted his life to the rescue and care of every stray animal that crossed his path.
He is survived by his son, Mike Harrison and wife Jennifer of Pottsboro. Daughter, Kellie Harrison and partner Nancedale Renaud of Denton. Grandchildren, Lisa Harrison Shields of Sherman, Zachary Harrison of Pottsboro, and stepson Glen Smithers and family of Denton.
No service will be held, remembrances can be made in his name to the Denton Animal Shelter Fund.
