Obituary
Mary Magdelene Beres, 88, of Denton, passed away on Monday, May 28, 2012. She was born on October 8, 1923 in Provencal, LA to Rev. O.S. Roberts and Leola Sparks Roberts. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Denton and married Joseph Beres in 1999 in Gainesville.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 from 6-8 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors. A funeral service will be on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 10:00 am in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. Burial will follow at Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery in Fort Worth.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Sharon Williams and husband Roger; son, Glenn Polk and wife Mary; sisters, Lucille Taylor, Marie Reimer, and Doris Bonnette; brothers, Rev. Gerald Roberts and Thurmon Roberts; 5 granchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
