Mary Hersman, 88, of Argyle Texas, passed away August 8, 2015. Mary was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on August 24, 1926 to Dr. Rowland and Lois Webb. She graduated from the University of Michigan. On March 12, 1949, she married George Jacob Hersman in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Mary taught kindergarten and first grade for 27 years.

She is survived by three children, Connie, Wendy, and Jake, six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, George Hersman and brother, Clarence (Spider) Webb.

There will be a memorial service at the Argyle United Methodist Church on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
