Mary "Doreen" Johnson 60, of Justin, passed away February 26, 2018 in Fort Worth. Doreen was born December 26, 1957, to Tommy Walden and Bernice Leal in Denton. She married Billy Johnson on November 6, 1979.

Doreen was a loving wife of 38 years, and  a wonderful mother for 43 years, and a grateful grandmother of 29 years. She went home to her mother by through the Grace of God, with many family members by her side.

Doreen is survived by her husband Billy Johnson, her two daughters, Kim Benavidez, husband Robert, Angie Walden, husband Craig Lanzi. Seven grandchildren, David Lanzi, wife Nely Lanzi, Amber, and Dylan Lanzi, Toby, Isaiah, and Blake Benavidez, Jamie Turnage, and 4 great grandchildren. Step dad, Poncho Leal, 3 sisters, Beverly Lefler, Sherry Turnage, Lori Walden, 2 brothers, Russell Walden, and Scott Leal. Several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mom Bernice Leal, and father Tommy Walden, and sister Jan Collins.

Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton. Funeral Service will be Friday at 1:00 p.m. at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Denton.
