Mary Ann Leggett (Micki), 75, of Denton, passed away on Sunday, November 11, 2012. She was born on January 2, 1937 in Canton, OH to Charles Joseph Marr and Kathryn Mathias Marr. She married Norman H. Leggett in Ohio in June of 1958.

Micki was a member of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church of Denton where she served as a deacon, moderator of deaconate, and bereavement committee moderator. She was PTA president, the Air Force Officers' Wives Club president, and Red Cross Blood Drive Coordinator. She was also in the Alpha Xi Delta sorority and the Beta Sigma Phi, a service sorority.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 from 6-8 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors. A memorial service will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church with Rev. Steve Plunkett officiating. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Andrew Presbyterian Church.

Micki is survived by her husband, Norman; daughters, Traci Leggett Meyer and husband Glenn of Houston, TX, and Tricia Leggett Bodner and husband Bob of Woodbine, MD; son, Trent Mitchell Leggett and wife Nancy of Denton, TX; sister, Betty Lacy; brothers-in-law, Dave Leggett and wife Petie, and Rich Leggett and wife Donna; 7 grandchildren, Travis Meyer, Meghan Meyer, Mitchell Bodner, Bennett Bodner, Molly Bodner, Ryan Leggett, and Jenna Leggett; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Kathryn Marr.
