Mary Jo Warren, 74, of Krum, Tx., passed away on August 8, 2022 in Denton, Texas. She was born in Paragould, Arkansas on November 18, 1947 to William Charles Carr and Margie Elizabeth (Jones) Carr.

She married Cornelius "Neil" Warren on April 8,1967 in St. Louis, Missouri. She loved serving her community during retirement through the Lion's Club and spending time with her family, especially her 4 grandsons. She loved cooking special meals and treats and making holidays special for her family. She retired as a senior loan officer in 1990.

She is survived by her daughters, Beth Warren Hughes and her husband Jerry of Denton, Amy Catherine Blakney and her husband Bryan of Krum, grandsons Kyle and Conner Hughes, Noble and Reid Blakney, and many relatives and friends in Paragould, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Neil Warren, parents, William and Margie Carr, infant son, John Robert Warren and her brother, William Keith Carr, Jr.

A Memorial Service will be held at First United Methodist Church in Denton on August 13, 2022 at 10:00 A.M.
