In loving memory of Matthew Scott Prince of Krum, TX, fondly known as Matt-Chew, who departed at age 42.

Originally from Amarillo, TX, he is survived by his cherished son Blake (11), parents Tammy and Andy Prince of McKinney, TX, brother Danny Holland of Cedar Park, TX, and grandparents Eddie Akin, Sandra Akin, Ed Prince, and Joyce Berry of Amarillo, TX. Matt also leaves behind soulmate Giselle Hendrie of Oakland, CA, 20 aunts and uncles, countless cousins, a tight-knit group of lifelong friends, and an entire Geeksquad. Preceded in death by grandmothers Jody Holland and Nedra Prince. Renowned for his love of camping, fishing, technology, country and western music and unwavering devotion to family and friends. Matt's greatest source of pride and joy was being a father to his dearly loved son, Blake.  May he rest in peace, his legacy forever adorned with love and cherished moments.
