Obituary
Montez Ivy Nivens, 77 of Granbury, Texas passed away at her home on May13,2014. Mrs. Nivens was born on April 1, 1937 to Burett and Dovie (Cauble)Harry in Muenster, Texas.
She attended Public Schools in Forestburg, Texas and a graduate of Texas A and M University.
She married Jerry Nivens on March 10, 1956 in Ft. worth, Texas. She was a Cosmetology Teacher at Denton High School before her retirement.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Jerry Nivens of Granbury, Texas; Daughter Phyllis Zinn and granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Burnett and Dovie Harry and Son, Phillip Nivens.
A Graveside service will be held at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 16, 2014 at Rosston Cemetery in Rosston, Texas.
