Nancy Newton Callahan passed away on February 10, 2024 in Lake Dallas, Texas. Nancy was born in Denton, Texas on May 12, 1956 to Marvin and Edna Newton. She was a 12 year student at Lake Dallas ISD and graduated with the class of 1974. She was employed with Denton State Supported living center as a secretary to the nurses in the infirmary.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Earl Callahan of Lake Dallas, Texas. Her mother, Edna Newton of Lake Dallas, Texas. Her daughter, Erica Henderson of Lake Dallas, Texas. Her sisters, Judy(Randy) Boyd of Corinth, Texas. Connie (Eric) Schmitz of Sanger, Texas. 4 grandsons, 4 nephews, Brother-in law, Danny Callahan of Lake Dallas, Texas, several aunts, uncles, and cousins. And her loving furbabies.

Nancy was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Newton.

Nancy will be tremendously missed. She had an outgoing personality and was always full of jokes to tell.
