Nancy Jane Grubenhoff, 61 of Corinth passed away Friday, April 7th, 2017 at the Medical City Hospital of Denton. She was born July 16, 1955 in Portland Indiana to Bernard Post and Marilyn Ashton Post. She graduated from Portland High School and married Daniel Paul Grubenhoff in Portland, Indiana on September 15, 1984. Nancy was a Food Nutritionist at Shady Shores Elementary in Lake Dallas, Texas. She was a member of St. Mark's Catholic Church in Argyle.
Nancy was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt and a dear friend to many. She enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family, reading books and practicing her faith. She will be greatly missed by all that crossed her path.
The family will be at DeBerry Funeral Directors Tuesday, April 11 th , 2017, night for a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. with visitation to follow until 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mark's Catholic Church in Argyle with burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton.
Memorials may be made to; St. Mark's Catholic Church.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Daniel of Corinth; daughter, Megan (Ryan) Schmitz of Slidell; son, Allen Grubenhoff of Kerrville; brother, Robert (Dorothy) Post of Denton; nieces, Jennifer (Steven) Todd of Roanoke and Elizabeth (Ben) Wiley of Beavercreek; nephews, Jason (Ariele) Post of McKinney, Michael Grubenhoff of Tampa and Joey Grubenhoff of Elida. She was preceded in death by her parents.
