Norman Wayne Phillips, 81, of Krum, passed away Friday, July 17, 2020 at home.  He was born February 28, 1939 in Hollywood, FL to Doc Leon Phillips and Fannie Mae Paulk Phillips.  He married Pat Henry on February 16, 1957 in Texarkana.  He served in the U.S. Army.  He was a member of the Pioneer Baptist Church, Lion's Club, Masonic Lodge, Eastern Star and a Deacon.

He is survived by is wife, Pat of Krum; daughter, Debbie Grimes of Krum; sons, Ricky and Ronnie Phillips, both of Krum; sister, Shirley Barringer of Mesquite; brothers, Troy Lee Phillips of Garland, Doc Leon Phillips, Jr. of Pleasant Grove, Bill Cole of Atlanta, Texas; 6 grandchildren and 10 grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held Monday, July 20, 2020 at 9:30 A.M. at the Krum Cemetery with Brother Larry McMullen officiating.
