Patricia Jeanette Hopper, 73, of Whitesboro, Texas passed away on April 14, 2022 in Denton. Patty was born on November 29 ^th in San Antonio TX to Peter and Evelyn Bonenberger and was raised in Mendocino California where she graduated from Mendocino High School and later worked in the banking industry where she was a loan processor for 20+ years in California and Texas.

Besides spending time with her family and friends, Patty enjoyed quilting, bowling, her horses, and in her later years spending time on her front porch chatting with friends and enjoying the outdoors. Patty had an energetic lively personality, an infectious smile, and was known for her ability to connect with others. One of Patty's greatest gifts was the ability to sense when people needed help and was always willing to lend a helping hand. She touched many lives with her generosity and caring ways and was affectionately known as MahPatty. You could usually find Patty in the kitchen cooking for whoever walked through the door, her chicken wings were legendary.

Patty was a devoted wife, mother, and Grandmother. Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 54 years Larry Hopper, of Whitesboro, Tx., sons, Terry Hopper and wife, Laura Conley of Stonington, Connecticut, Thomas Hopper and wife, Sharron of Whitesbroro, Tx., and Joseph Scott Hopper and wife Adrienne of Aubrey, Tx., sister, Sharyon Abbott and nine grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, and brothers, Peter Joseph Bonenberger and Anthony Bonenberger.
