Patsy Fletcher Beck, 88, of Denton, Texas, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024, in Denton. Patsy was born on March 17, 1936, in Shreveport, Louisiana to Powell Washington & Ada Verlie (Houston) Fletcher.

Patsy worked for Humble Oil & Refining, Co., Exxon Company USA, Exxon Chemical, Co., & ExxonMobil Chemical Co., for 36 years.

She was united in marriage to Edwin Beck in July of 1957, & they celebrated 51 wonderful years of marriage. Their marriage was blessed with two sons, Michael & Patrick. Patsy & Edwin worked together to rebuild their Houston home after it flooded. They lived in Houston for 46 years before relocating to Denton. Patsy was Edwin's angel through his surgeries, cancer & heart problems. She never left his side & was his source of constant support & unwavering love.

Patsy was a member of the Encouragers Life Class at the First Baptist Church in Denton.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Patrick Beck & his wife, Tracy; her grandson, Lucas Mussina; her beloved dog, Dolly; extended family & a host of friends.

Patsy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edwin Beck; & her son, Michael Beck.

A graveside service will be held Monday, September 30, 2024, at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton, with Pastor Bruce Larson officiating.
