Patsy Ann Phillips was born on December 20, 1940, in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. Patsy went to be with the Lord on January 6, 2025.

Patsy met the love of her life, Norman Phillips and they were married in 1957. She was a very active member of her community, including the Lion's Club, Krum Museum, Parks and Wildlife Board and also Eastern Star. She loved her church, serving from the Children's' Church to being the church secretary at Pioneer Valley Baptist Church.

Patsy is survived by (2) sons, Richard and Ronnie Phillips and a daughter, Deborah Phillips Grimes. She has (7) grandchildren, (13) great grandchildren and (1) great great granddaughter.

Patsy never knew a stranger and was always eager to help in anyway she could. She will be missed by so many.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025 at Jackson Cemetery in Krum, Texas.
