Obituary
Paul Gailared Kelsey, 86, of Plano, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2015 in Plano. He was born June 24, 1929 in Lancaster, OH to Frank August and Mildred DeLong Kelsey. He served in the U.S. Navy and married Billie Milton on June 29, 1952 in Lancaster, OH. He was a retired minister.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 8, 2015 from 10:30 to 11:30 A.M. prior to the service at 11:30 in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. Burial will be in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Billie of Plano; daughter, Paula Etter and husband David of Carrollton; son, Steve and wife Tricia Kelsey of Aubrey; brother, Frank Kelsey of FL; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mary Kelsey.
