Paul G. Wassmann,age 57, of Justin, Texas passed away on March 31, 2014, following 15 months of battling cancer.

Paul was born on March 5, 1957 in Yonkers, New York to Henry and Martha Wassmann. Paul was an engineer at Tetra Pak in Denton, Texas where he worked for 27+ years prior to his passing. Paul hugely touched the lives of his co-workers at Tetra Pak across the globe and was well loved, respected and will be missed.

Paul is preceded in death by his father Henry Wassmann, his mother Martha Peters Wassmann, his uncle William Wassmann, his aunts Marion Albert and Clara Beck, and both sets of grandparents.

Paul is survived by his wife, Sherry Wassmann, daughter, Heidi Wassmann and son, Blake Wassmann, all of Justin, Texas; brothers, Ernest Wassmann of Kansas City, MO. and Richard Wassmann of Charlotte, NC, sister, Karin Wassmann of Boston, MA, uncle and aunt, Herbert and Sonja Wassmann of Apex, NC., and a number of cousins throughout the US.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2014 from 6 PM until 8 PM at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas. A memorial service will follow on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors.
