Peter Carlyle Alltop passed away peacefully April 9, 2018 at Avalon Memory Care Hospital in Carrollton, Texas with his wife, daughters and granddaughters by his side.

Peter was born in Lawrence County, Ohio on June 03, 1929. He served in the United States Army during the late 1940's and was retired from his 30 year career in sales and administration with the Gillette Corporation of Boston, Mass.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Watts and his father, Earl Alltop, brother, Earl Alltop, Jr. of Lawrence County, Ohio.

Peter is survived by his wife, Norma and daughter Carlotta Rodas, son-in-law, Tony Rodas and granddaughter, Vanessa of Manhattan Beach, California and daughter, Angela McNally, son-in-law, Phillip McNally and granddaughter, Rachel of Lewisville, Texas. He is also survived by his son, Travis Alltop of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and sister, Peggy Spence of Huntington, West Virginia.

At Peter's request, his remains will be cremated and his ashes interred at the Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery. In place of gifts or flowers, Peter's family would like to request you make donations for the research and treat and cure of Alzheimer's disease.
