Phyllis Crozier, 83 of Denton passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2012 in Denton. She was born December 30, 1928 in Dayton, OH to Dwight H. Whipp and Mabel J. Whipp. She married Edwin N. Crozier on August 21, 1948 in Dayton, OH. He preceded her in death in 2003. She retired as office manager for Dr. Dunn and was a member of First Baptist Church of Denton.

Visitation will be Monday, June 18, 2012 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral service will be Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 2:00 in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.

She is survived by her daughters, Linda Higgins and husband Jim of Denton, Karen Crozier of Denton; sons, Edwin A. Crozier and wife Brenda of Denton and Charles Crozier of El Paso; 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and granddaughter, Kellye Anne Crozier.
